The Illinois Drafting Educators Association is presently in need of sponsors for its spring high school drafting competitions. Prizes are needed for both the regional competitions and the state final competition. If you wish to make a cash donation for prizes for our contests, please write our competition director. We can also use prizes of drafting or CAD related books, hardware, software and scholarships. The IDEA believes these prizes to be outstanding motivational tools for its educators and student participants. Private sector businesses,as well as individuals, may be able to use donations to the IDEA or Illinois schools as a tax deduction. Contact your accountant for furhter information.
